John B. Hill – A veteran real estate professional, Mr. Hill has over thirty years of experience working across a broad spectrum of market conditions and geographies.  Uniquely capable of analyzing the nuances of any given deal, Mr. Hill’s track record of success reflects his strong fiduciary capacity.  He is most recently responsible for the development of 5555 West Van Buren, a 60,000 square foot Class “A” office building and Portland Place Condominiums, a multi phase redevelopment project located in the Roosevelt Historic District in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The project’s three phases comprise a total of 270 residential flats and condominiums. Construction on Phase I was completed in July 2007, with 52 of 54 units sold prior to completion. With partners Wm. Timothy Sprague and Feliciano Vera, Mr. Hill established Habitat Metro, LLC with a specific focus on value creation within infill, mixed use, commercial and residential contexts.
Wm. Timothy Sprague – An attorney by training, Mr. Sprague is a lifelong entrepreneur with a broad portfolio of professional experience.  As president of Warwick & Co., Inc., his family’s private, Connecticut-based merchant and investment bank, he was an active board member for many of the firm’s portfolio companies and co-managed the formation of its cross-border acquisition fund with Nacional Financiera, Mexico’s development bank, overseeing its Mexican manufacturing facilities.  As partner in Sprague and Hill, Inc. with John Hill, Mr. Sprague brokered over $250 million in real estate transactions, and developed a wide range of projects, with a total asset valuation of over $100 million.  He is most recently responsible for the development of Portland Place Condominiums, in partnership with Messrs. Hill and Vera.  He is an active member of numerous civic and charitable boards, including the Roosevelt Action Association, Grand Avenue Merchants Association, and the Episcopal Habitat Coalition of Phoenix.
Feliciano D. Vera – An entrepreneur in real estate and finance, Mr. Vera has focused on providing clients and partners with strategic development solutions that adaptively balance risk with situational context to create value and opportunity.  Mr. Vera was responsible for the conceptualization, structure, and capitalization of Chicanos por La Causa, Inc.’s New Markets Tax Credit program, and successfully led the program’s initial capitalization.  As partner with Messrs. Sprague and Hill, Mr. Vera is most recently responsible for the development of Portland Place Condominiums.  He is actively involved in multiple civic and professional organizations, including the KAET Community Advisory Board, the ASU Stardust Center for Affordable Housing and Family’s Board of Advisors, and the City of Phoenix License Appeals Board.
